Alannah is a senior chartered planner and has experience in supporting a wide range of projects across the UK, co-ordinating the delivery of complex planning applications for a wide range of developments including residential, renewable energy, leisure, heritage and transport infrastructure. Alannah has experience representing clients both at public inquiries and examinations.
Alannah lead in obtaining planning consents for the regionally important ‘Northumberland Line’ scheme which includes the re-introduction of passenger services from Newcastle to Ashington, and the construction of six new railway stations. As of March 2025, three of the railway stations are operational.
Alannah has experience in ensuring multi-disciplinary collaboration in large scale projects and cultivating a wider understanding of how planning sits within the wider industry.
