With a passion for supporting sustainable growth, Jenna plays a pivotal role in driving the company’s operational efficiency and ensuring the alignment of its financial and human resources with its long-term goals.
Throughout her career, Jenna has developed a strong expertise in financial management, human resources, and administrative leadership. She is committed to fostering a positive, inclusive workplace culture and optimising business processes to help companies thrive. By overseeing strategic planning and streamlining operations, Jenna ensures that Ethical Planning is equipped to meet the needs of clients while maintaining the highest standards of service and ethical practice.
Her leadership is guided by a belief in the importance of sustainable business practices, and she is passionate about helping Ethical Planning continue to provide exceptional planning and consultancy services that enhance communities and the environment.
“I am such an outdoor person, I play rugby for my local women’s rugby team, enjoy riding and competing on my horse. I volunteer my time coaching the youth section, and supporting local grassroots sports. As a family we love travelling and hiking, ensuring we explore the natural environment without leaving a trace!”
