In partnership with SLC Property, we supported our client in assembling a planning application for the proposed development of additional car parking to serve Blakedown Railway Station.
Our services including the strategic management and delivery of a pre-planning public engagement on proposals for a new car park adjacent to Blakedown Station, Worcestershire.
Written feedback on the proposal from local residents and businesses indicated a significant level of opposition to the proposals from the public. Thematic and tonal analysis of the feedback provided the client with an insight into the perceived impact of the proposed development on the local community and a decision was made not to progress the scheme.
