Coventry Solar Farm

We led pre-application discussions with the local planning authority and authored a request for an EIA screening opinion, through which we were able to confirm that the environmental effects of the proposed 33MW solar farm would not be significant, and as such an EIA would not be required to be undertaken to support a forthcoming planning application. We were able to confirm the information required to be submitted in support of a forthcoming planning application, and the scope, extent, and nature of public consultation to be undertaken. The details helped inform an invitation to tender published by the council to secure a design and build contractor for the scheme.
