EP submitted a planning application on behalf of Emmanuel College relating to the provision of a new access and pedestrian route into the college. Key considerations included the highways safety concerns raised by Gateshead Council. We have subsequently provided ongoing advice to identify alternative options available to the college to improve safety and accessibility in the local area.
