On behalf of our client, we successfully submitted applications to approve details reserved by Conditions for the Goole Wood Refinery. In tandem we prepared, submitted and secured planning consent for a Reserved Matters Application pursuant to an Outline Permission with Environment Impact Assessment. These applications related to the construction of a wood refinery, siting of two silos and timber storage area, the formation of a new highway junction and associated works (all matters considered).
We EP both commissioned and managed all the required environmental and technical surveys and assessments required for the application, including a Written Scheme of Investigation for a Programme of Archaeological Recording.
Subsequently, EP submitted a Section 73 Application to vary planning conditions responding to the client’s evolving objectives for the site. This application was granted, enabling the advancement of the client’s preferred development scheme.
