Ethical Planning obtained planning permission in August 2024 for the installation of solar PV arrays on the Julian Hodge Building, with a proposed array PV output of 63.08kWp. The application required consideration of the sustainable design principles, possible impact on residential amenity and nearby heritage assets, as well as an understanding of Welsh Planning Policy. It is anticipated that the solar panels will be installed in late 2024 or early 2025.
