Our team successfully assisted SSE in securing planning consents for a series of solar PV installations as part of the Medway Council Re:fit programme; a procurement initiative for public bodies wishing to implement energy efficiency measures and local energy generation projects on their assets.
The project spanned a diverse range of property types, including listed buildings, requiring careful navigation of heritage conservation and planning policy. We managed the preparation and submission of the planning applications, appointed specialist consultants, and coordinated their contributions throughout the process.
