This month, we held a roundtable with NJD Environmental, environmental experts in noise, air quality, dust, odour, light and vibration. Specifically, we discussed the common pitfalls of noise requirements in planning.
From understanding the key factors that influence noise impact assessments to ensuring compliance with local and national noise standards, NJD’s session offered invaluable guidance on how to approach noise considerations from the very outset of a project. This information will certainly help us enhance our planning applications and deliver even more successful, noise-sensitive developments.
