We successfully obtained planning permission on behalf of Optimum Skills Limited for a change of use from a warehouse to a training centre (use class F1).
We were commissioned during the determination phase of the planning application to assist with navigating the statutory consultation process and responding to requests for further information. We assisted in navigating the competing interests of multiple consultees to find an amicable solution which was to the satisfaction of the local planning authority and client.
